Mission Theology Course

innovative ~ interactive ~ inspiring

October 2019 has been declared by Pope Francis as an "Extraordinary Missionary Month." To celebrate, we are launching the first-ever interactive and collaborative conversation-based learning experience on the theology of mission in the Catholic Church.

Created by the National Office of the Pontifical Mission Societies, with the assistance of Boston College, this course is suitable for beginners or those with a background in faith formation.

  • offers a mission paradigm that moves beyond the four walls of any parish and sends Catholics out to meet the world faithfully in ongoing dialogue and service.
