Mr. Javis Lubwama coordinates the Seminarian Fraternity Retreat that brings together seminarians from all the major seminaries across the country for pastoral leadership development. The retreat sharpens the skills and deepens the spirituality required for the difficult leadership roles that lay ahead of young priests. Just as importantly, the Seminarian Fraternity Retreat focuses on forming relationships among brother priests that will sustain each seminarian in their various ministries.
