Free Medical Camps in Kenya

Project Leader:

Reverend Fr. Silas Mwiti

There is a great need to be able to provide free screening for diabetes, hypertension and cancers. The community lacks awareness and possible causes. With education and assessments, the people could prevent and or treat these serious medical conditions. A sure deterrent is cost involved. Please help organize and staff these free screening camps.

Greetings from Consolata Hospital Nkubu. we are glad and proud to be associated with Missio. Following the emergence of Covid 19 early this year 2020, God has journeyed with us in offering the essential medical services to his people. The economic constrains has adversely affected us in a big way in regards to scarcity of resources to acquire enough PPE's for our Clinicians, Nurses and Support staff involved directly to the patients. Lack of oxygen machines and concetrators is our main challenge. we've been able to renovate some structure to fit Respiratory Centre or isolation Centre. Currently we humbly pray that, you assist us to continue doing the members camps as earlier requested to start from February 2021. Our objectives remains the same. we shall go an extra mile by sensitizing our people about Corona virus in the community and preventive measures. Attached see some of our recent photos of Corona virus updates and how we are mitigating. Regards. Fr.Silas Mwiti - Hospital Administrator.
