Buy Hygiene Products for Sisters in Mombasa

Project Leader:

Sister Lydia Makori

The SME initiative of the Sisters of Mary Mother of God (SMMG) in the Archdiocese of Mombasa, Kenya, was established in 1989, and today grows vegetables in a small scale garden. Through this project we are able to serve God more with dedication and love in Kenya and beyond by providing high quality vegetables in the immediate community and throughout the country. The greatest needs right now are to purchase hygiene products for the Sisters, workers and community around us; to purchase food; to repair the greenhouse and purchase a solar water pumping system. The protective equipment for COVID-19 will also be used by the Sisters who work as nurses and who visit the sick.
