The Catholic Shrine of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, Through the Immaculate Heart of Mary in Nairobi is a community of believers! The community at large is a big family showing love and support. In unity with the project leader and rector, Father Geoffrey Inira, parishioners show teamwork spirit and share a responsibility to help one another. The project at hand is the Completion and elevation of the Crucifix. There is a need to continue this project as it will give the community at large a sense of accomplishment and pride as they started from the foundation up. Those able, have contributed time and labor for the success of this endeavor. Still, there is more work to be done. At the foot of the Crucifix there would be a chapel, confessional rooms and the Stations of the Cross. Please consider giving a gift of $25.00 towards buying necessary material for the completion of this project.
