Solar panels for community in Kenya

Project Leader:

Sister Sister Harriet Maria

Sister Harriet Maria and her community, Franciscan Sisters of St. Joseph, recognize that a big problem that affects their outreach is the lack of electricity. Unreliable source of power prohibits learning, poses risks as phones cannot charge leaving all without a way to call for help and food goes bad. There are times when power outage lasts for a week. There is real suffering under these conditions. We hope, with your support, we can install a power system and solar back up. Please consider help us so that we may give hope to the youth in our area.
