Training Options and Care for Disabled, Uganda

Project Leader:

Most Reverend Peter Nsubuga

St. James Catholic Church Katente in the Diocese of Kiyinda-Mityana has elderly and young people who live with disabilities. Project leader, Mr. Richard Ruutu, needs support in order to provide hands-on skills workshops. Mr. Ruutu recognizes the importance of giving them an educational experience that will create a sense of community or common purpose. The workshops would be designed to teach or introduce practical skills, techniques, or ideas so that participants could use in their daily lives and earn a living with dignity. Please consider giving a donation of $25 to help buy basic materials.
