Tabaka Primary School is a collaboration between the Sisters of the Blessed Virgin and communities in Tabaka to provide quality education to school going children. Since its establishment in 2012, the school has strived to provide quality education to vulnerable children in Tabaka village. Poverty among the local communities is a major hindrance to most children affecting quality education. To protect the children from this menace, Sisters of Blessed Virgin established a feeding program. This program has resulted in improved school attendance, performance, and the health of children. But drought and COVID - 19 has negatively impacted food supply to the school. The school does not have sufficient stock to feed the children. Therefore, through this project the Sisters of the Blessed Virgin seek to restock food supply and provide balanced meals to vulnerable children. Please help support this project.
