Rwanda’s Musanze prison currently houses about 1,000 female inmates. About 100 of these women live with their children in the prison either because they were pregnant or had a child under the age of four when they were incarcerated. While the government does provide basic care for these mothers and their children, there are not enough funds to provide all of the nutrition that young children need. That is why Father Angelo is raising funds on MISSIO. Funds will be used to support prison ministry outreach to these mothers which includes providing extra food, clothing and pastoral support.

Dear brothers and sisters, Thank you for your donation. We picked the money you gave to this project in the Nunciature office in Rwanda. On the Penecost, it was grate joy in Musanze prison. But I tried to have something to show you.
