An innovative new program by MISSIO is helping Religious Sisters in Africa address the urgent issue of food insecurity in their local communities and uplift families who are living in poverty. By offering these Sisters training in sustainable agriculture and business, MISSIO is changing the face of modern farming and what it means to be Church. Local Sisters who receive this accompaniment for their farm projects from a team of experts are able to expand their activities and create farms and fisheries that are profitable, contribute to job growth and empower people to take ownership of their communities. These Sisters are planting the seeds of hope and change and need your help to grow this vision of the future.
