Established more than three decades ago, The Missionary College of Mater Ecclesiae provides education and training for missionary Sisters to develop further their leadership skills to be put at the service of the Church. The education that Mater Ecclesiae offers enhances the quality of service that missionary Sisters bring to the poorest and most vulnerable populations and greatly assist with the church’s growth and presence in struggling Mission countries. Sr. Trang is one such Sister. She grew up the fifth child in a family of seven. She joined the Lovers of Holy Cross and worked as a social worker among tribal hill people in Vietnam. After graduating, Sister Trang will return to help raise the standard of living in these rural communities.
