Water for Mirador, Picota, Peru Part 1We are looking to bring clean water to the pueblo of Mirador which is in the region of Picota, San Martin, Peru. It is a two-part process. This first part is to fix the current cistern they have in place. We would like to create a natural filtration system using different grades of sand and rock as well as poring cement to prevent leakage. This would allow for cleaner water and the capacity to collect more water. It would also allow for more water to get to the inhabitants because they would not be losing any to the environment. Please consider helping the people of this part of Peru have access to a clean, reliable water supply. A donation of $25 would help buy tubing and cement.
