Established more than three decades ago, The Missionary College of Mater Ecclesiae provides education and training for missionary Sisters to develop further their leadership skills to be put at the service of the Church. The education that Mater Ecclesiae offers enhances the quality of service that missionary Sisters bring to the poorest and most vulnerable populations and greatly assist with the church’s growth and presence in struggling Mission countries. Sister Loan Nguyen is one such Sister. She has worked in education, parish work, and health ministries in the diocese of Bui Chu in Vietnam. She came to Mater Ecclesiae College to be able to return to her diocese with an improved ability and spirit to serve the poor more effectively. There are so many sisters
