Care for Vulnerable, Covid-19 Lockdown, Kenya

Project Leader:

Reverend Ambrose Musyoka

Poor countries are facing the choice of trying to save people stricken by the coronavirus only to face hunger and perish. Families are turning to churches asking for food. This project is set to help this cause by providing balanced meals and other basic needs. Many can’t find jobs and with the lockdown, securing a livelihood is very difficult, even impossible. Also, as important is to help people understand how to mitigate the spread of the virus by practicing stricter cleanliness practices, recognizing symptoms and getting medical care. Father Ambrose Musyoka at the St. Paul Catholic Parish Naroosura is the leader of this project and hopes that with support he can offer vulnerable families much needed assistance and pastoral care. A donation of $25 can help feed a family of four.
