Project Leader:
Mr. Forzi George
The faithful community of St. Ignatius of Loyola Parish in the Diocese of Buea, in Cameroon need a place to worship, gather and pray. At the present time parishioners celebrate Mass under a trampoline. Currently, the heavy rains make it almost impossible to hold service. There are not enough benches for all to seat and the openness allows for wonderers and animals to disrupt. The goal of this project is to provide a safe structure to the 3,000 people of the Woya-Mavio Bomakak village who congregate under the trampoline to listen to the Gospel. Please help construct this parish which stands in a vehicle garage and is known as the “Trampoline Church.” A gift of $25 will help buy bibles.
