Food for the Vulnerable, COVID-19 Effects, Kenya

Project Leader:

Reverend Ambrose Musyoka

The effects of the COVID - 19 pandemic outbreak is being felt everywhere and especially in poverty-stricken areas in Kenya. During the lockdown people sold almost everything to get money to feed their families. Now the infections are going down and some normalcy is coming back slowly but families are still suffering the residual effects of no income. The economic constraints have affected old and young who deal with unimaginable hardships. This project helps address the immediate food insecurity in communities in the Diocese of Ngong. A donation of $25 will help restock a food pantry with basic staples.
