Support Education and Skill Trade, Zambia

Project Leader:

Sister Mary Kamwenda

The Sisters of Mercy in the Archdiocese of Kasama have embarked on a campaign to start awareness programs with emphasis on human trafficking, both cross border and internal, domestic servitude and early marriages. The biggest barriers are poverty and lack of education. For this reason, they want to start a chicken raising project that will provide nutrition, income and build trade skills. Please consider helping the Sisters of Mercy uplift vulnerable women in their local villages.
