Bishop Montfort Stima and Chuck Davis are raising money to build a new and more efficient well for the village of Nankumba in a remote area of Malawi. The village has grown to over 500 people, but the only water supply is a single hand pump well that can no longer provide enough water for the community. Mr. Davis and Bishop will build a solar powered pump and water tank that can provide 10,000 liters of stored water. Phase two of this three phase project involves purchasing and installing a solar water pump to replace the old hand pump that is worn out and to provide a continuous supply of fresh water.
