Thanks to the generosity of the MISSIO Community, Bishop Montfort Stima and Chuck Davis built a new and more efficient well for the remote village of Nankumba in Malawi. The village of more than 500 people now has a solar powered pump and water tank that provides 10,000 liters of stored clean water. Now that the new well is operational, Bishop Stima and Mr. Davis are hoping to extend an irrigation system to the adjacent farm land so that the community can develop a sustainable source of food.
