Project Leader:
Agnes Sendi
Sister Agnes Sendi of the Congregation of Blessed Virgin Sisters needs support to purchase water tanks for children at St. Mary’s Primary Boarding School in the Karungu village, in Kenya. The Karungu Village covers an area of approximately one hundred kilometers square. The village is served by two unpaved roads and most parts of the village are not accessible due to lack of good roads. The village population is 2,100 families, with 70% living below poverty line. St. Mary’s School seeks to construct an underground water reservoir. To harness rain water for purification and water chlorination and storing water in tanks. Please help Sister Agnes, because access to clean water will save many lives.
