Ecumenical Work to Prevent HIV in South Africa

Project Leader:

Reverend Charles Rensburg

Saint Joseph's Theological Institute is developing an outreach program for thirteen private and public high schools to help educate young people about preventing HIV/AIDs infections. Saint Joseph’s is home to more than 200 students and 40 staff members. Saint Joseph’s students come from more than 20 African countries. The school trains ordained and non-ordained leaders primarily within the Catholic Church, but is also part of an ecumenical union of schools. Fr. Charles Rensburg is raising money to further develop the program’s curriculum and expand its reach. Give $25 to support this powerful example of Christian unity and public health education.
